The room we were provided with was not only immaculately clean but also featured top-notch air conditioning, which was a blessing in the humid climate of Hoi An. the in-room safe provided an added sense of security for our valuables, and the free toiletries were of high quality, exceeding the standard offerings in most hotels. the attention to detail in providing these amenities truly showcased the hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction. Our experience at Cap Saint Jacques was nothing short of extraordinary, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for its outstanding service and impeccable facilities.
